I screwed up and had the insurance replace it. It is in the mail now. There was a $50 deductible, so I actually bought another one for $50. Why I did this I dont know. It appears to get slower the more it is used. The phone is so slow, my family and friends make fun of me because I constantly say "have I told you how much I love this thing". Meaning it sucks. Heaven forbid a call comes in while it is receiving a txt message. The phone will not draw the screen to answer the call before it goes to voice mail. Closing the kbd causes up to a 15 sec redraw time to change the existing screen position. I have tweeked it and unloaded everything not needed. I even tried to put android on it unsuccessfully. Regularly dumping the txt messages helps but nothing seems to make it smooth. I lost it a few days ago and did not miss it one bit. It gave me a reason to get a new phone...without windows. I've done all the tweaks to get some usage out of this thing but I'm really unhappy overall at this price point.
