BB Playbook – Delayed??

Battery issues look like to be the cause of a potential delay of the BB playbook.  The culprit it seems is the new OS that BB will be using.  However, it was meant to be used where battery life will not be an issue.  I am hoping this is not true since I am in a BB environment and I would like to get my hands on one of these hopefully soon.
