Play»Convey (which was available for WM)is now available for Windows phones. It lets you track various sports and easily share the stats with those around you so if you attend your child’s sporting events you can share the stats with the team for example. Seems pretty neat. here’s their feature list:

Trial Mode doesn’t allow scores to be posted or sent.
