The Future Screen



Engadget was able to get some video of a new resistive screen from a company called Stantum that will permit multitouch on a resistive screen (the type of screens Windows generally uses that require pressure as opposed to the iPhone’s that require a finger/electric touch). So Stantum has software enhancements that allow for true multitouch and when you see it in action it’s pretty impressive. Unfortunately, it also requires specialized hardware so there won’t be a Fuze upgrade…but we can always dream about the Touch Pro 3:)
