Unlock the TF3D TP2 Programs Tab

I have been asked several times how to change the first 5 programs in the TF3D programs tab on the TP2 ported version. If you try to change it now  you’ll notice that they are locked. This can get a little annoying (especially ActiveSync which is right in the middle). After suggesting the registry values in play to Dr.Jim he noted that it’s just one value that needs to be changed (for each program box). To make it easier on everyone, I have made a cab that will change all 5 values for you and thus unlock the programs tab entirely and it is located here. If you are interested in doing it manually just change HTC\Programs\Manila\ProgramLauncher\0…4 IsReadOnly to 0
