Windows Marketplace Arrives in 13 New Countries

Yep, Windows Marketplace has just grown by 13 countries! The new Marketplaces are Bulgaria, Costa Rica, Croatia, Estonia, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine, and Venezuela.
