Otterbox Case For Venue Pro Appears
|The option to buy an Otterbox Dell Venue Pro case debuted on Dell.com today. The case is selling for $34.95 and is made from “a durable silicone mid-layer and one piece custom molded Polycarbonate”. Contrary to the “one piece custom molded” claim, the case looks to be a two piece set that snaps on either side so as to allow the Venue Pro to slide down and still be protected. I could be wrong, but it’s difficult to tell how the case functions just going off the two rendered pictures Dell provides. You be the judge, either way it’s good news for the possibility of an imminent Dell Venue appearance. Unfortunately the usual shipping time is 1-2 weeks. Let’s hope that time frame has nothing to do with the device itself.

Funny how you can buy a case for a phone not yet seen in the wild, but a decent Focus case is nearly impossible to find. And I don’t think the three cases available at AT&T count.
Have you tried comparing other phone sizes.
The Samsung Focus is: 4.84 x 2.56 x 0.39
How about the My Touch 4G – 4.80 x 2.44 x 0.43 – Pretty close.
Or maybe the HTC HD2 – 4.80 x 2.63 x 0.43
I bet there are plenty of options out there, unless you want your case to have FOCUS stamped across it.
Most of looser Tilt2 cases fit my Surround perfectly. No waiting for the maufacturers.
