Where Are Those 50 Xbox Games For Windows Phone?

Flashback: August 17, 2010 and Microsoft announced “the first wave of games announced in the launch portfolio of Xbox LIVE games on Windows Phone 7” which included 50 titles. It even ends “Additional titles in the launch portfolio will be released between now and the Windows Phone 7 launch this holiday season; once the phone launches, new Xbox LIVE titles also will be added to the games portfolio every week” which sounds like those 50 will be at launch and even more will get added over time. So how many are in Marketplace now? 31 (including ilomilo even though that’s an AT&T exclusive). Here’s the original list and I’ve marked the titles that are not available in red:

So obviously a few titles were added that weren’t on the original list: Need for Speed Undercover, Tetris, The Sims3 and Monopoly.

Simple question – where the hell are the rest of the  Xbox games man? I’m plenty happy with the non-Xbox titles but since MS is insistent on giving so many advantages to Xbox titles (like making them the default ‘games’ category) I’d expect to be beyond their expected 50 mark by now.

OK so speculate rampantly as to what the delay is.
