Windows Phone 7: Samsung Focus coming on November 8th to ATT

Some ads and a badge about Windows Phones started popping up on the Microsoft website.  The ads suggest that Windows Phone should indeed be coming to ATT on November 8th and will be called the Samsung Focus.  What are your comments on this phone?
