I think microSD cads are the most popular type of storage out there for mobile related products and their prices are coming down lower and lower. I don’t know about you, but I’m always on the lookout for deals and I never seem to have enough storage for my portable devices. Recently a company I never head of, Tmart, approached me asking to review some of their products and one of them they offered was a very inexpensive 16gb microSD card so that’s what I have for review today. Today for review I have what I consider one of, if not, the best HTC One cases on the market today, the OtterBox Commuter series. This has become my favorite case and I’ve tested a lot of them. Yes I reviewed the Otterbox Defender series case for the HTC One little bit ago but while that’s a great case it’s just a little too bulky for my tastes. The Commuter series case on the other hand offers a similar level of protection but without all of the bulk. The Commuter series case is sleek and rather thin really so you don’t lose the svelte profile of the HTC One but yet it still protects it. This case includes covers for the microUSB and audio ports which I think is important as it keeps the dirt, dust and anything else out of them. The case comes in two parts, a soft silicone padded inner case and a hard outer shell and when combined offer excellent protection to absorb shocks and impacts and really protect the HTC One. Today I have what turned out to be a rather large review of a case for a phone. When you think of cases for phones, you think of simple things and usually reviews for them are small. The Nintendo 3DS is one of the best portable gaming consoles out today, and it seems to be getting better and better as time goes by. Spending a couple hundred dollars on a tiny gaming console can sting a bit and it will really sting if you drop it so a case is a must, at least I think so anyway. Mostly all of my devices have skins and cases on them, at the very least I have a case on all of my gadgets. I needed a new case for my 3DS and I wanted to see what Deal Extreme had to offer as they have great prices and most of the stuff I’ve gotten from them is surprisingly good even though it’s priced very low. Bags, bags and more bags, cases, cases and more cases. Guess what I have for review today? Yep, it’s a bag or a case, it’s sort of both. It’s called a bag, but it looks more like what I think of as a case. Meh, whatever, the product is specifically called the Elecom 10.1” Tablet / Netbook Carry Bag and I like it. This bag has a separate section just for your tablet or netbook and then smaller sections for accessories like a mouse and power adapter. It’s not a bad case overall, it’s made of a water repellent material, but it could be a bit more padded. So read on….

I don’t know about you but my phone sometimes doubles as my MP3 player and you can’t exactly use a Bluetooth headset for listening to music.  BT headsets are nice for taking calls, but it’s only one ear, so you really need a stereo headset but then you also need a microphone so you can take calls. Up for review today I have the Wicked Audio Deuce earbuds which is a stereo headset but it has an in-line microphone. The price of these is actually under $10 so you can’t really expect much can you? I got a new phone! I got a new phone!! Yep I got the HTC One last week and I’m absolutely loving it, even though I really haven’t played with it all that much… Seriously though it’s a great phone so far, call quality is excellent, and it’s seriously fast and the screen is just gorgeous. I still find it amazing that the HTC One with a 4.7” screen is running the same resolution as my 47” HDTV, but oh well, it’s a beautiful screen plain and simple. One of the first things I do when I get a new phone is get a case and a screen protector, in fact I ordered one of each a week before I knew the phone was arriving! So the case I got was from Amazon, but I got an official HTC case from our friends at Mobile Fun for review which is much better than the cheap one from Amazon. The case I have for review today is the HTC HC C840, or the Double Dip Hard Shell case and it’s a great case overall, well made and it offer a lot of protection for the phone. More Power! These days it seems like our devices just need more and more power, most smartphones and tablets don’t last a day with normal use. What would be considered normal use though is a bit hazy as your idea and my idea of normal use can be different. Making calls, browsing the web, playing games and updating your social status is about what most people do on their phones. Most smartphones I’ve owned won’t the last day with average use and that’s sad really, haven’t we progressed yet to the point where we can make a battery that lasts longer than a day? These phones costs hundreds of dollars and yet the battery can’t last a day?! (makes no sense to me at all personally) If batteries did last longer than a day though, the product I have for review today would be worthless and wouldn’t even exist most likely. The product is the Pama Plug N Go Power Portable Charger which is essentially an external battery but it can charge both tablets and phones. Have you ever really looked into buying a case for your tablet or netbook or even notebook? There is just a plethora of them out there, yes I used plethora, and that’s the best word to describe it really. I like the word, it’s one that’s not used much anymore I think, but it really applies when it comes to the choice of cases out there today. Anyway, if you couldn’t have guessed, I have another case for review today. With the popularity of tablets on the rise, netbook and notebook cases are now being used for tablets, when you look at a site you’ll find the same cases listed in both sections. This is a good thing I guess as it gives you more choices, then again it can make life more difficult as you’ve now got so many to pick from. So the case I have for review today is the 8.9” iGadgitz Hard Cover Notebook Case and it kind of reminds me of a mini brief case. The case is a hard shell style, but it has a cloth material covering it and some padding in there too of course for protection. The case has velcro straps to hold your tablet or notebook in place and there’s even a mesh pocket to hold any accessories or other stuffs you might want to bring along with you. These days it seems netbook cases do double duty as tablet cases as well. When you’re searching for a tablet case you’ll notice netbook cases come up in your results, and that’s not a bad thing as it offers more choices. Well at least I think more choices is a good thing! Today for review I have a hard case that can be used with a tablet or netbook up to ten inches in size, it’s the E-Volve Tuff-Shell case and it sorts of just like it sounds, a hard shell case. Sleeves for tablets are nice, but I like having a hard shell biter as it offers a lot more protection that just a sleeve will. This particular case is fairly plain looking, basic black really, so you could use it for most any occasion, business or pleasure. The case has dual zippers for easy access and the outside of the case is pretty much spill-proof so it will protect from accidents and of course the weather. The case is good enough to be used on its own, or you can safely toss it into another bag and not worry about damaging the contents.
