I am guessing if anyone adopts it, it may not be threat to iPhone, Android in the Phone segment, and Android Tablets, iPads, and Windows 8 Tablets but definitely a good competition to Chromebooks. They both are browser based OSes and run HTML 5 apps effectively. I see Chromebooks have native integration of Google Services and a 100GB at least cloud and 10 to 12 free sessions of Gogo Inflight Internet. And of course it is from Google, marketing of it is not a big issue. I don’t think Firefox OS will damage Windows Phone or Blackberry. Both WP and Blackberry already have users and Firefox OS adoption may not their already slow adoption. What do you think?

    • I totally agree. A browser based OS will not give that much of flexibility and powerful when compared to a standalone OS like Windows, Linux, Unix, OSX etc.
