FliPhone – Fly R/C With the iPhone

If you don’t think the iPhone is the best phone out there or you think any phone is going to even get close to compete with it for a while you might be wrong. I ran across the video below and I wasn’t really that surprised it could pull what it was doing off because I know that It can do just about anything since it has the largest base of developers always working with it. In the video they demonstrate controlling an RC helicopter just by tilting the iPhone using its built in accelerometer as the steering method.

I also started a thread in the forums to see what some of the most interesting uses for the accelerometer that you guys know of. But enough talk, you guys can check it out for yourself.
