  1. I fired up Ubuntu on my Nexus One in a goofy effort to host this site on my phone for an hour or so. Got Apache and PHP humming but I just could not get MySQL or any SQL server running. Very frustrating, gave up, though maybe I should give it another go but on my semi-fried Nexus S.

    I didn’t think the Linux interest on this HP thing would be so heavy. Guess I shouldn’t underestimate the dedication of the XDA types to figure shit out.
