It looks like Microsoft has got its mojo back. In the most recent customer satisfaction surveys for Microsoft reveal a 73% satisfaction rate. That compares to a 65% customer satisfaction rating for Apple. Why do we care? Because it seems that MS is back to understanding the importance of customer satisfaction and loyalty tends to follow. In other words, if people like you on a PC they’ll love you in their pocket [that’s what she said:)].
