The good folks over at Engadget.com received a photo from an anonymous tipster revealing some interesting information. According to Engadget’s post and the fine print in the picture, sprint has reserved the right to throttle data to their customers’ devices. The two main questions here are, when will this be happening and how much data will be throttled.

What are your thoughts on this MD?

::I hope this isn’t Sprint’s idea of fixing battery life issues on that EVO::  Wait, did i say that out loud?

  1. just got throttled. on 3g service with perfect reception my downloads are maxing out at 5kbs and uploads at 25kbs…………………
    of course the sprint rep said that i’m not getting throttled and it must be a problem with my phone.
