longzheng posted a pic of the newest build of WP7 and look at that – the icons in the lower menu bar have words now. So if you’re not good at deciphering pictures but you can read, you’re in luck:) You need to slide the app bar up to see it, but it takes the guess work out of it. Good to see they’re paying attention to the little things that matter. 


  1. Just like the article states this is an example of how the WP7 team is paying close attention to detail. I just love the comment of the phone being oen of the slickest things he has ever seen. I had the same concern but didn’t really give it much thought seeing how the phones should ship with a user guide and should detail what each icon means.

    Overall the current build reflects Microsoft’s continual puruit of a polished OS. Brandon Watson did say during his live chat over at WindowsPhone7.com that new builds would be coming every other week.

  2. You actually make it appear so easy along with your presentation however I in finding this topic to be really one thing that I think I’d by no means understand.
