If that actually works w/ a family plan without requiring all other phones to be upgraded, that is a good deal. Last time I tried something like this, they wanted to upgrade everyone. That definitely was not worth the price savings for a single phone at the time. Of course, I’m holding out a little longer to see what comes w/ WP7.
It’s tempting. Amazon lists the price to upgrade a phone on my existing family plan is $149 with a 2 yr extension. I’m not eligible for an upgrade yet on my Tilt2 and I don’t want to muck with my existing Unlimited Data plan. What are the “gotcha’s” with this deal?
