D33P (DEEP), the First App that Converts Facebook Photos into 3D

Here’s one for you 3D Android owners. D33P is an app that can convert your Facebook or phones photos into 3D for you so you can really enjoy the benefits of having a 3D device.

Joy Aether launched the official version of "D33P for Android" (pronounced "deep") into the Android Market today. D33P transforms 2D photos into 3D, and displays them as 3D on 3D Android phones. D33P unleashes the power of 3D on Android 3D phones by allowing the users view old photos in 3D, even though they were taken as 2D photos.

 

Through advanced image analysis based on optics and physics principles, D33P analyzes the composition of regular photos, and convert them into 3D photos.
