Dell Streak Gets Some Eclair Goodness
Even though we all know now that the Dell Streak will be getting the Android 2.2 Froyo update by the end of the year, or most likely sooner, that is not going to stop the fine folks at XDA from getting Eclair, or Android 2.1 up and running! XDA Member Greenarcher707 has posted some pictures and has a follow up in post number #6 with all the download information you will need.

I never could get it to work. You using FF? I unfortunetly was using IE8 and it got all borked up when I tried to get the thumbnail to use and animated .gif
ooops…. no more of that.
