Galatea Game Engine Previewed On Android

We’ve talked about the Galatea game engine in the past and its ability to produce some shockingly high frame rates in 3D as well as a preview of a few games from the guys behind it (which received a bronze medal from Samsung for its development). Well as development of the engine continues there’s some more news – it’s now also on its way to Android. The developers have provided a simple sample using OpenGL ES 1 but they are also preparing for OpenGL ES 2 and expect to be ready to release the engine for both Windows Mobile and Android shortly.
