You mean WP7 users did not even have ringtone support? Wow! Maybe someone should look at porting WM6.5 over to the new sleek phones. I will bet it runs just as quick on a 1gh dual core as WP7 does.

Glad to see so many new goodies being added to WP7. I just hope that, with the gradual rollout of updates, us early adopters don’t eventually get left in the dust for new features due to hardware requirements that they didn’t plan for.
I love my WP7, but it’s ingrained into me the importance of buying a phone for what it can do for you today; not what it’s promised to be able to do after an update that’s “just around the corner”!
I am with you on that on Eddie. I do love my WP7 Phone and I like the OS. But some features have to be implemented fast and without having to buy a new phone every year or so. But seriously, ringtones is not on top of my “what I am missing” list. Ringtones are fun to play with every once in a while but I don’t really need it.
I was more thinking about multitasking, an email hub… whatever. But it only shows (Joes comment does as well) that phones are also built for “kids” who want to play with them. I need my phone to manage business when I am not in the office.
