No, Windows Mobile started with CE, then 2000, 2002, 2003, then 5, 6, 6.1, 6.5, now Windows Phone 7, 7.x, 8 and so on. So yeah they really aren’t big on following their own number systems.
But at least they are consistent wth their inconsistencies!
