Netflix Announces 4 Marvel Superhero Series
Who would have thought that Netflix could have survived a major content reduction with Starz and bounce back with their own highly recognized original series. Honestly I have not watched any of their current original series but after their latest announcement of new original series that just changed! Teaming up with Disney owned Marvel netflix is going to launch 4 new superhero original series featuring Daredevil! Included also is Jessica Jones aka Jewel, Ironfist and the forth series will be:
“a miniseries based on Marvel’s Defenders, a team that in the Marvel comic book universe has included the Hulk, the Silver Surfer, Dr. Strange, and the Sub-Mariner. Netflix has dubbed its version of the the Defenders a “team of self-sacrificing, heroic characters.”
Each of the 4 series has been given at least 13 episodes each and will kick off in 2015. Hopefully things continue to go well for Netflix and nothing interrupts their Marvel Superhero Series plans!

I’m not as familiar with these characters as I probably should be. I am looking forward to these series and see how they fit all the character lines into The Defenders mini-series. That will be the big payoff for Netflix.
