Sheesh, yesterday Google and now Facebook
|
I was planning to change my Google profile picture to Eric Schmidt’s and name as Eric Schmidt and now it seems there are so many people out there who did it even before I realized it. Anyway, there is a grown up kid on the internet, who also wants take page from Google’s new “Do Mo Evil” mantra. Facebook is planning to go in the same track of ditching privacy totally and following Google’s. To protest this, I will encourage parents of teens and pre-teens who have Facebook accounts to close them, if not at least encourage them to change their FB account name to Mark Zuckerberg and profile picture of him. Is it possible?
Who is next? Twitter? SnapChat?
Facebook, you are not cool anymore.

I have closed all social networks but Twitter.
if Twitter does the same thing than twitter goes.
My kids don’t have social media pages but will definitely be talking to my siblings about my nephews and nieces pages. Privacy should be protected and be a priority.
My son’s all “Can I haz FB when I’m 13?” The answer is now, “No.”
So if I change my profile picture to an a-hole. You know, from one of those Medical Encyclopedias, would that violate anything. It does represent the way I feel (about FB).
Still like Safebook.com. Give the domain owner 1%. Make him a millionaire.
