The dreaded “full email resync’” bug just hit my Windows Phone again
I hate this bug…all of my emails and all of my contacts resync themselves. I’ve had it with Windows Phone 7 and with Windows Phone 8 and across devices. It’s software related. I know it’s happening because I start getting notifications of new emails and then I see that they’re old and just syncing again. Of course, this is a great way to run down a battery which is an added bonus. This is off of an Exchange Server.
Anyone else run into this issue? Let’s try to help MS find what is causing this (although I suspect it’s related to the Exchange Server and a loss of communication or something along those lines).

Outlook servers are having issues. Microsoft is working on it.
Yep Outlook has been having issues all morning long… after about four hours of being done I had access to it for about 2 minutes and it’s down again..
