Savings Calculator available for WPs from Nokia Corp…Wait who?

File this one under odd. There’s an app in Marketplace called Savings Calculator and the developer is listed as “Nokia Corp.” When I saw it, it lacked the polish of the Nokia apps we’re used to. Even the word ‘vehicles’ is spelled wrong. it lacks all of the things that make Nokia apps awesome.  Then I went back and looked and sure enough, Nokia publishes under Nokia Corporation.  So what are we dealing with here? Despite the name and NAVTEQ Maps branding prominently on it, it looks and feels like an imposter.

Anyone with first hand knowledge about this?
