Google Forcing Asus to Shut Down the Transformer Duet?

Asus announced a few months back that it is working on a hybrid tablet that would be able to boot windows and android on the same device with a single press of the button. That sounded like a great idea and something I was looking forward to possibly purchasing. However, recent reports indicate that Google could be forcing Asus to end this venture according to a Chinese language Economic Daily News Report. Maybe Google does not like being associated with Microsoft? If this rumor is indeed true it would not be the first time that Google has tried to force its way on other companies.
