How To Create A Xbox Music Playlist on Windows Phone 8
|I know that I’m not the only one who had been met with frustration while listening to a catchy song and trying to save that song to a Xbox Music playlist only to be met with seemingly no way to do it. You’ll be happy to hear that there is a way.
Step 1: Go into your Xbox Music hub and swipe to your Music collection. Tap on Music
Step 2: Tap and hold an artist, album, song, genre, or even an existing playlist. Then tap Add to now playing. This will add the selected music to the Now Playing queue.
Step 3: Create a playlist by Flicking to the Now Playing queue. You can get to it by pressing either the Volume Up or Volume Down hardware buttons and pressing on the currently playing artist name at the top of the screen. This will take you into the Now Playing list. Tap on the currently playing song below the album art. You are now at the screen to save the Now Playing queue as a playlist.
Step 4: Tap Save, enter a name for your playlist, and then tap Enter.
Tip: You can use the list multi-selector icon to select and send multiple items to the Now Playing queue.
This is how I create my playlists.
I use my computer specifically the windows player, then I make a playlist here with the music I like. Then I go to the windows phone application, and I select add a playlist. Then I look for this folder ” playlist”, i select the one I created on windows player and the I click add, and that’s it. Its really simple.
Just write me if you have any questions!
I’ll have to try out your method. Sounds good and thanks for sharing.
