InfoSonics Launches the World’s Slimmest Slider QWERTY Touch Screen Phone

InfoSonics Corporation today announced the launch of its new verykool® i725 handset.
“Our continued emphasis on R&D investment has led to our new and unique i725 phone. At only 11.8 mm in thickness, this slider touch screen QWERTY phone has all the characteristics to be in a class of its own,” said Joseph Ram, the company’s president and chief executive officer. “*After surveying other competitive phones in the market, we believe the i725 is the world’s slimmest slider QWERTY touch screen phone. We have targeted it to both professional and young users who can benefit from its extensive feature set. The i725 features our proprietary IQ™ user interface, developed entirely in-house, that delivers a smartphone-like experience with a full touch screen and sliding keyboard. In addition, our IQ™ messaging system is an integrated email solution that allows multiple email accounts to be “pushed” to the device, and provides for seamless Facebook messaging and pinbased messaging between our compatible verykool® products. We are excited about delivering these new popular features in such a compact package.”
The Company noted that the i725 also includes the following features:
- EDGE quad band (850/900/1800/1900)
