Marketing Gone Wild: Microsoft’s Café Mango Food Truck
|I’m labeling this as awesome. If you hang out where they’re demoing Windows Phones they’re giving you some food as well, but check out the truck:
Like the water bottles and coffee cup? The truck even has it’s own Twitter handle.
what do you think?

Say what you will about Microsoft’s lack of advanced marketing but today they are going way big. Thus should be repeated in the top 10 largest cities in the country.
Agreed! And it’s high time, too!
I agree, but why limited to 10 big cities! It should reach out to 100s of cities across the country.
Yeah i was going to say 100 but thought that would take some time but then again new phones could be arriving more frequently and that would be a great marketing tool.
Hopefully they picked up on my idea of, “Give Windows Phone a Try”, kiosks at shopping malls throughout the US this holiday season. If retailers won’t put working phones on display, then Microsoft has to. Spend 15 minutes with a Windows Phone before you make your purchasing decision. That’s not too much to ask.
I long ditched both my iPhone 3 and 3G in favor of my Samsung Focus. Couldn’t be happier. Now with Mango, it even feels snappier than before, and it’s loaded with all kinds of smarts I’m discovering as I am using my phone everyday. I can’t wait to get my hands on the Nokia Lumia 800, here, in Canada. Thank you Microsoft for making a great product.
