Odd, but anyway the Samsung Stellar ins coming to VZW on September 6th for free after a $50 mail-in rebate. The phone features a 1.2ghz dual core CPU, along with a 4” screen and it’s running Android 4.0.

Customers receive the rebate in the form of a debit card; upon receipt, customers may use the card as cash anywhere debit cards are accepted.
