Windows Phone Mix Sessions Reveal AR, Local Data and Changes To Live Tiles
|Mix is going on now but the Windows Phone sessions had been labeled TBD. They’ve now been propagated and it gives a hint as to what to expect from tomorrow’s Keynote speech (that should discuss Windows Phones). Of note, here are some sessions and you’ll see the sensor access is likely a reference to the compass and camera (thus enabling augmented reality), new data is either local databases and/or more folder access (like the ability to use \videos and other drives), plenty of fast switching/multitasking and they’re fixing live tiles:
