From Daveamenta.com we learn that Chrome to Windows Phone has been submitted to the Marketplace. Like the Android version it allows you to send links from within Chrome to your phone. Once it is there you can open or forward the link. He’s providing this for free and the PC plugin is already available on his site. he notes the capabilities as follows:

A push notification is sent to the phone, which will show up as a toast, and upon opening the app, a list of your most recent links and text are available, regardless of whether or not the push notification succeeded.  From within the app, you may email the Title/URL/Text, or open the link.
