If you’re trying to teach your toddler the alphabet, Windows Phone 7 has an app for that. It’s simple enough for a three year old who tested it for the demo. Slide through to see and hear the letter, tap to see an mage and hear a word that starts with the letter (which has a nice bit of animation to it). As a learning tool, looks pretty good. I hope they add lower case letters as well though. For some reason most ABC training programs for toddlers emphasize upper case only even though ultimately when you read it’s all lower case. Anyway, here it is:

  1. You know what I could have used a few years ago? A program like this but customized for adults to teach the alphabet in reverse in order to pass those pesky field sobriety tests.
