Apple’s iOS 4.3 rumored to be released today

Sorry Cupertino but BGR is looking like they got the goods and spoiling your iOS 4.3 surprise for today. If correct, the source states that iOS 4.3 will be released at 10:00am today (PT) and finally bring you the personal hotspot update we have all been waiting for. About the personal hotspot, it was also said that it would come with a default setting of only 3 connections, but it was the decision of the carrier whether or not they make it the standard 5 connections which is the common Android amount. So let’s see if the carriers Verizon and AT&T play some games with this or allow the app to work with the 5 connections it’s capable of.
