GameFly Launches its First Mobile Game for iOS Called Writer Rumble
|GameFly has a subsidiary now called GameFly games and they’ve just launched their very first game called Writer Rumble. The game is for iOS right now, but supposedly it’s coming to Android early next year. Writer Rumble is word fighting game where you use your spelling skills to battle enemies or friends over Bluetooth. GameFly, Inc., the leading video game service, announced today that its first publishing venture in mobile games is available for download in Apple’s App Store. GameFly Games is publishing Writer Rumble™ , a word fighting game that lets you play as legendary literary greats while honing your spelling skills in battling enemies in single player, or taking down foes in multiplayer games. You can play against your friends in local Bluetooth matches, online play from your friends list, or via unique split screen games on the same iPad, or challenge random opponents online via Quick Match. This 2011 PAX 10 selected game is available for the iOS now for $0.99, and will be available in early 2013 for Android users. A variety of downloadable content packs are also planned for 2013.
