Hehe Wobbler Is Available for Windows Phones

This brings back memories…a classic wobbler app. You know, you take a photo, add a few targets and make them jiggle. Nothing funnier than some jiggling photos. I’ve tested this one out and it’s simple as anything. Just grab a photo, add targets, resize them and shake it up. Then the jiggling turns to giggling.  And it’s free.

This is a Herm specialty and there are some upgrades in the works already but it’s free so grab it while it’s hot and enjoy the good times.
