HTC 8X gets Windows 8 update
With all the focus on the fan favorite Lumia 920, its surprising to see the first out the door with an actually OS update is the HTC 8X. The new update brings a few features I didn’t expect. The now standard across most devices “reject call with text” feature has been added, with the ability to save text drafts as well. Also on the list is the much awaited Wi-Fi option to maintain connectivity when the device is in suspend mode. Oh, and for those of you having the dreaded random reboot issue, that is fixed as well! No word on when the Lumia 920 crowd will receive the update, but stay tuned.

I’m really excited about the WiFi fix. And the “reject call with text” feature is a really nice add on.
