|GottaBeMobile is saying that it got a tip from unnamed source within AT&T that there is a Nokia Tablet (could be the rumored Sirius) and “larger Nokia Phone” (could be the rumored 6″ Lumia 1520) in the pipeline of AT&T devices and AT&T are very excited about the upcoming fall product line.
As per the recent rumors both of could be introduced during the Nokia event on October 22nd. As per the rumor mill Sirius or the Nokia Tablet will sport Windows RT with 10.1″ screen with 1920×1080 resolution. This also is powered by quad-core 2.15 Ghz Snapdragon processor and a 6.7-megapixel rear camera and 2MP front facing camera with a battery life of 10 hours at least and 32GB on-board memory. Hopefully it will have a MicroSDXC support.
And regarding the 6″ larger phone, rumored as Lumia 1520, and it will sport a 6″ display with 108p resolution with a pixel density of 367, making it as first Windows Phone with full HD screen support. It will also have the larger camera like Lumia 1020, but may not be with a 41MP sensor, but rather little lower sensor with 5MP and 16 MP photos like the current Lumia 1020, which takes 5MP and 32MP pictures at the same time with post-zoom in feature.

Paul Thurrott posted earlier this morning that indeed this is happening. A nice tidbit for Verizon users is that Verizon should be getting their own phone and tablet from Nokia this fall too. If Microsoft can bring Nokia’s momentum and innovation into the company and empower the teams this can get real interesting, real fast.
