HTC just released some more marketing material for the HTC TITAN that I thought I would share with you. Out of all the Windows Phone devices just released, it is the TITAN that has me the most intrigued. I find it interesting that it took me so long to leave Windows Mobile, and now it is taking this long to go back. Lot’s of things contributed to my exodus from Windows Mobile and my resistance to Windows Phone. But instead of dwelling on all that, let me say what is bringing me back is the HTC TITAN and Mango. I got spoiled with all the apps and features with the iPhone, and after resenting Windows Mobile for their lack updating and innovating, I didn’t feel I owed Microsoft anything to go back right away, more, I felt I was owed a more complete mobile experience. Now, I think Microsoft is finally delivering a device what is not only a quality HTC Build, loaded with great specs, but also has a much updated version of an already innovative and integrated operating system.
The HTC TITAN, which comes with a huge 4.7 inch screen, 1.5GHz processor (not dual core), and an 8 megapixel camera with F2.2 lens, dual LED flash, and BSI sensor (for better low-light captures). I am very curious to find out how that camera does against the impressive iPhone 4S camera.
So is the HTC TITAN right for your hands? They better be big cause this beast is 131.5mm x 70.7mm x 9.9mm (5.18" x 2.78" x 0.39") and weighs 160 grams (5.6 ounces) with battery. Check out the video below and weigh your options, it might be that the TITAN is right for your hands.
