Big Fish, the most trusted global leader in casual games, announced today that its universal cloud gaming service, Big Fish Unlimited, is available on Android tablets via Google Play, only a month after making the service generally available on PCs. Big Fish Unlimited enables customers to play casual games that are running in the cloud and are instantly accessible on a variety of connected devices via interactive streaming video. As the games are physically playing in the cloud, game progress is saved remotely, allowing customers to easily continue their sessions across devices, which now includes PC browsers and Android devices, and will expand to support Connected TVs later this year through a partnership with Roku.

“We are very excited to support the recently launched, exceptional Nexus 7 tablet from Google. Instant cloud gaming is a perfect fit for this fast-performing device.”

“With the addition of support for Android devices, Big Fish Unlimited is now a truly multi-platform streaming service and live on two screens: PC and Mobile,” said Will O’Brien, Vice President and General Manager of Cloud Gaming. “We are very excited to support the recently launched, exceptional Nexus 7 tablet from Google. Instant cloud gaming is a perfect fit for this fast-performing device.”

Big Fish Unlimited launched in July 2012. In its first week, customers from all 50 states, plus Washington D.C., and from more than 100 countries signed up for the service.

Big Fish Unlimited currently offers more than 100 instant streaming games, and is adding new games every week. Subscription access to the Big Fish Unlimited premium catalog is available for a $7.99 monthly fee. Customers can also play free games from a rotating catalog supported by advertising.

In addition to announcing support for Android, Big Fish is continuing to introduce new features to the service. This week, "My Playlist" went live on Big Fish Unlimited. Now players can manage a queue of games they want to play later.

Big Fish Unlimited is available now on PC browsers at Big Fish http://www.bigfishgames.com/unlimited/ and on Google Play.
