Mobility Digest Forums talking Windows Phone
December 22, 2010 | Windows Phone | 1 Comment|
Hi everyone, I just wanted to take a very quick second and promote our Mobility Digest Forums. We may not be the biggest, but we have some great people that are talking about all things mobility including the newest devices going, Windows Phone. Fellow forum guru and writer Jimski has published a great guide to free Windows Phone apps that may have some cool stuff you didn’t know about. Or if you have a question, why not post it our forums and let our forum community take a crack at getting you the right answers. Or maybe you just want to talk about the devices you like and maybe the ones you don’t. In any case, check out and register at our Forums today!
1. It is a pity that the search function on wp7 cannot be configured by user for something useful like online dictionary or multi-language translation. When I highlight a word on a web page the search results often do include a link to online dictionary, which requires another ‘click’. (I do not have a wide vocab and I do need to look up the meanings of words.)
2. The wp7 core apps like bing and facebook should be on top priority for revision, certainly not on other platforms first.
