WP8 SDK to ship with fully unlocked emulator–that’s why the rollout is phased

For those wondering why the WP8 SDK was being rolled out in phases, looks like it’s because the SDK will be fully enabled so you can use all apps and features. And as you guys know, some of those features haven’t been announced publically yet…and too many people violate NDAs.

Makes sense…
